We offer a range of fitness classes which are open to both members and non-members. Classes are led by qualified fitness instructors and offer an alternative way to keep fit and active. Booking Information: Our fitness classes are led by external instructors and booking is made by contacting the instructor direct.

Please Note Junior Gym: To participate in Junior Gym you have to be between 10-14 years of age.

Members can book up to 2 weeks in advance, Non Members 1 week in advance.
