Member Consultation
I am delighted to announce that the board has agreed to the refurbishment of the outdoor tennis courts 3-8. After many months of research and meetings the club is now in a position to bring the proposals to our members, for thier consultation, feedback and views. The board are proposing that we replace the above courts with a 3rd generation synthetic grass surface. This would give the club 6 outdoor synthetic grass courts & 2 acrylic courts. On display in the club, is a sample of the proposed surface, along with various colour option. I am inviting all members to give thier feedback directly to me before the end of August. This can be done in person at the club, via letter, telephone or by e-mailing me at matt@hallamshire.net If the proposal gets the members approval we are hoping to get the works underway later this year to enable the new courts to be used throughout the winter months.
